We're excited to offer Click & Collect for your convenience.

• Location: Our pickup point is located in Vermont in Melbourne, VIC. The exact address will be provided in your confirmation email once your order is ready.

• Order Preparation Time: Orders are typically ready for pickup within 3 hours. You'll receive an email notification when your order is prepared and ready for collection.

• No Minimum Spend: There is no minimum order amount required to use our Click & Collect service.

How It Works:

1. Place your order online and select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.

2. Wait for our email confirmation indicating your order is ready for pickup.

3. Visit the provided address in Vermont 3133 to collect your order.

• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

Order Cancellation 

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We won't be able to cancel your order if the order has already been shipped. 

Please note that if you decide to cancel an order or partially refund an item that has been paid with Afterpay, a fee of 6% will be deducted from your final amount due to Afterpay's Merchant Fees.

• All New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post International Services.

Click & Collect – Terms & Conditions

• Pickup Notification:
  Orders are only available for collection once you’ve received a “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email. Please do not arrive before this, as your order may not be prepared yet.
• ID or Order Confirmation Required:
  Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed). If someone is collecting on your behalf, they’ll need to show the same confirmation.
• Pickup Timeframe:
  Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving your pickup email. After that, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
• Uncollected Orders:
  If your order isn’t picked up within 7 days and no contact is made, we reserve the right to return the products to stock and issue a refund (excluding any promotional items that may no longer apply).
• Address & Access:
  Our Click & Collect location is in Vermont 3133. Full address and pickup instructions will be included in your confirmation email. Pickup is by appointment or during the hours provided.
• Change of Pickup Person:
  If you need to nominate someone else to collect your order, just let us know in advance or ensure they have your confirmation email.
