At SUL, we guarantee 100% Authentic Products. Every item is sourced directly from the brand or certified suppliers backed by a C.o.A (Certificate of Authenticity). Upon arrival, we rigorously inspect each product, ensuring it's pristine before sending it your way.

ORDERS
Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?
We understand that you might change your mind after making purchases. Please contact us and quote your purchase number and we will try our best. Please note that products that have already been shipped will be subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email after your transaction has gone through. If you haven't received an email, please contact us directly and our friendly team will assist.
SHIPPING
What does 24 hour next day dispatch mean?
Great question, it means that we process and dispatch your order within 24 hours, ensuring it's on its way to you by the next day.
Will I be able to track my order?
You should receive a tracking code once we have confirmed your order and sent it off, please do also check your Spam/Junk mailbox as sometimes emails can be redirected there.
Do you ship internationally?
At this point in time - SUL is unfortunately only shipping locally within Australia. We are always looking to hear from our customers and improve our services though so please do reach out and drop us a note to let us know where you're from here.
If I place an order on a weekend or public holiday, will it still be dispatched the next day?
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm).

How do I use discount codes?
Enter your discount code after you click the "Check Out" button at the bottom of your cart. Remember to double check your discount code has been applied before inputting your payment details and completing the transaction.
