The Ultimate Calming Solution Toner by Pyunkang Yul is a hydrating and soothing toner designed to balance sebum production and strengthen the skin barrier. Enriched with Cica, Tea Tree, and Honeysuckle Flower Extracts, it effectively calms irritated skin and controls excess oil. With the added benefits of AHA and PHA, it gently exfoliates, decongests pores, and enhances skin texture, making it ideal for sensitive and acne-prone skin.
