-Shake Well – Before spraying, shake the bottle gently to ensure the formula is well mixed.
-Hold at a Distance – Hold the spray about 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) away from your skin. This ensures an even mist.
-Spray Evenly – Spray generously on exposed areas like face, neck, arms, and legs. Avoid inhaling the spray directly.
-Spread if Needed – For areas where the mist might be uneven, gently pat or rub with your hands to ensure full coverage.
-Reapply Regularly – Reapply every 2–3 hours, or immediately after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.
-Avoid Eyes & Mouth – If spraying near the face, close your eyes and mouth, or spray onto your hands first and then apply.
